Bathroom was moderately clean. There was a lot of hair on the floor when we first arrived. We had to request room service every day even though we were there for 6 nights. Most chairs by the pool and beach were full and we weren't even there during busy season. It was very expensive and had added fees. Didn't really see the value in that.

The hotel was not clean and well maintained. We had a water leak in our bathroom and we had to change the room which had a different type of issues. Not recommend at all.

My shower floor looked pretty bad. Grout was dis colored/stained especially in corners.. and around the main drain… gross. . I wore my water shoes in the shower. Pool and small beach area was nice but the rest of the hotel was large but very average. Great pool for kids but for those seeking real luxury amenities.. this is not the place. Did I mention that I dropped my wallet on the counter in the hotel gift shop while paying for items , realized I left it behind 10 minutes later and was told my wallet was not there! There was zero money in my wallet and I immediately turned off my credit cards, reported the loss to security and was given a tone as if.. there was no suprise or urgency in me saying I know I left my wallet in this gift shop. I called lost and found multiple times over the next 24 hours and was told they did not have my wallet. . Thank goodness for Apple wallet or I may still be in Puerto Rico trying to prove my identification to TSA.

Caution,Fan duel people across the street try to bump and run your credit card information and are working with resort staff. This is the worst guest experience of all the trips I’ve been on. Took 45 minutes to check in and every staff member had an excuse not to help. Resort room had broken tiles on the floor and the smallest refrigerator I’ve ever seen. They have four microwaves in the lobby for all the guests! The beach never had enough chairs to even sit. I’ll never go back and recommend going anywhere else

The pools and beach were beautiful. It is always unfortunate when guests put towels in the chairs next to the pool to “reserve” a space but then don’t remove them when they are done so other guests can enjoy the pool experience as well. The process of waiting in line at the front check in desk to get complimentary bottles of water on the property seems like it could be improved for guests’ convenience. Starbucks and the ice cream shop/cafe are convenient.
