The stay was very uncomfortable despite the staff trying as hard as they can— the infrastructure just isn’t there. Our first room was extremely noisy from the road and some kind of banging noise from 5 in the morning, perhaps from the coffee shop. No hot water. So the staff mentioned some excuses and changed us to another floor, another room. The same problems persisted. It was hard to sleep a full night and painful to take showers since we are used to hot showers. Both the rooms smelled musty all the time since there isn’t proper vent for the bathrooms. Rooms get extremely noisy because of thin walls— you hear everything from the road in your room. There is no hot water. We took cold- room temp water showers.

Location is great and safe! Room size is great! About 5-10 min walk to the beach and surrounding restaurants! Ubers non expensive to travel from location! Clean hotel and staff nice! Will be coming back to stay again!

The check in process was difficult since the lobby is only staffed from 2-6 .. our cruise ship arrived that morning and we couldn't even get in to store our luggage until the room was ready until someone showed up in the morning.

It was clean. Spacious for 1 person. Close to a few restaurants. Not far from the airport. Unfortunately there was no hot water for showering. Also the hotel was doing some construction. There was no kettle or microwave.
