Love the this hotel. Stayed here twice now. The rooms are fantastic as is the rooftop bar and restaurant. Location is just on the fringe of being a bit sketchy but security is great and I’ve never felt unsafe.

This is a beautiful hotel. We absolutely love getting to stay here when we come for shows at the Warfield. The hotel bar and re estaurant is amazing, too. Staff is always great. Wish there was a microwave in the room, but there is one in the lobby to use. Makes it nice to warm up leftovers.

The hotel was clean, classy, convenient and a wonderful experience. Being in the tenderloin district it was in one of the roughest parts of San Francisco. Unhoused people, severe drug use and open intoxication makes it very risky but we were able to get through it without having any incidents. I would be really cautious and aware of where you are staying location wise. The hotel was great on the inside.

We stayed here for our anniversary and had such a great experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and had a really relaxing atmosphere. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful with any needs we had right away, which made our stay even better. Overall, it felt like the perfect spot for a special getaway and we would definitely stay again
