The room was great and the location was fantastic. It was very easy to walk to most of the important sights. We arrived during a storm and were woken by a state emergency phone alert in the middle of the night, the hotel made a creaking noise all night for just this night, we think it was the anti-earth quake feature so its a very safe hotel.

Overall, I had a very good stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything else met my expectations. The staff were polite, and the atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant. The only disappointing part of my stay was the hotel restaurant. Unfortunately, the food quality was not good, and I even found a hair in my sandwich, which was quite unpleasant. This experience did not match the otherwise high standard of the hotel. Aside from the restaurant issue, everything else was great. I would consider staying here again, but I would probably dine outside the hotel

WILL at Reception provided exemplary service offering late checkout, Market vouchers, and the top floor with a nice view without me having to ask. A few minutes later, a staff member knocked on our door with a complimentary snack tray. Each floor has a filtered water dispenser too which is great.

Hotel was amazing. Quiet, comfortable and the staff was exceptional despite the huge crowd during the holidays. Check-in and checkout was both seamless.
