The street noise was brutal. Kept me up all night. Lombard street just flows all the time with Golden Gate Bridge traffic. Just awful. Would never stay there again as a result.

Great place for busy SF w/free parking.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The bed was big and comfortable, the room was clean. Only complaint is the vent in the restroom was so loud and would make this clunking noise after you shut it off. Love that it was so close to Crissy Fields, and event we came to SF for. The short run/walk to view the Golden Gate Bridge was a bonus. Plenty of restaurants to choose from close by.

Perfect location

Perfecttt location if you’re avoiding downtown / looking for a safe and clean neighborhood. Very cute coffeeshops, stores, workout studios and parks nearby. It’s all about location. Room was fine - dark/lighting isn’t great, AC worked well, very thin walls, good water pressure, felt updated. Would stay again.

Exactly what I needed

This place was exactly what I need, large, clean and comfortable and quiet, free on site parking and close to UCSF for a surgery my mother was having. It was safe and within walking distance to most everything. The prices were very reasonable and having a mini fridge in the room and coffee was great. Would recommend and stay here again.

Room was very clean. Great location, walking distance to lots of places to eat. Walking distance to the Palace of fine arts which was extremely convenient for my stay. Free parking. Even got an early check in. Would def stay again.

Great location not to great accommodation

The location was very convenient for where my business meeting was being held. However, the TV wasn’t working because it’s directly supported by Internet service and the Internet was not working, so I found it difficult to even work without having to use a hotspot. Then when I took a shower, the water in the bathtub would not drain the room smell overly saturated like cleaning agents, specifically bleach. I found the front desk of some of the challenges all this sorry have a great day and didn’t have the energy in me to complaint further and try to get a refund or a discount.
