Amazing staff! Very welcoming! The hotel was under some renovation on our floor but still very quiet. Room was very clean, beds comfortable Just the AC wasn’t too strong. Overall great stay would definitely stay there again!

Check-in was easy and quick. Parking was available and easy! We were in walking distance from the theater which was the goal, and a bakery was within the block as well. Hot water was fast and plentiful, and the ice machine was just a couple doors down. They didn't seem terribly busy for a weekend, so no issues with the elevators. Would recommend.

Stayed here last year also for Dore weekend. Overall, staff was friendly and helpful, checkin and check out were very smooth. Elevator issues again. Only 2 of 4 working and then on Sunday night, 1 of the 2 working elevators broker so we were down to 1 elevator again on the 10th floor. Fixing multiple elevators would make the stay so much better.
