Noisy. Woke up every time people climed the stains. No hotel parking. Paid 40 dollars a night to park nearby. Smell of trash and urine by the main door. No fridge or microwave. Will not stay at this hotel next time.

Room is very small. Having a bit smell but the good thing is you can open the window. There is no hooks for jackets and coats in the room, only available in the washroom which is not that convenient. Front desk is very friendly. Location is great!

Stay was decent - I wouldn’t stay again. The staff was friendly! But it was overall a little more run down than I anticipated. The staff was accommodating to me when asking for a different room with a window as it was very claustrophobic without one. Overall, 3/5 stars.

Let’s start with the positives. I liked that the hotel room was clean. I liked that the elevator was quick and functioning. I also like the esthetic of the hotel. Now the negatives. I did not like how small the hotel room was! I didn’t have much space to move around. The tv on the wall was huge and made it difficult to walk to get to the other side of the bed. I legit ran into the tv more than once. I don’t know why they put that big of a tv on the wall but the tv didn’t even work. So it was pointless and in the way. The window did not stay open/cracked. I had to put something between the window to keep it open just to get a breeze/fresh air. No fridge/microwave in the room. Really makes staying over night hard because we can’t put food anywhere we have to put it in a communal fridge which is weird. Overall, the only thing that satisfied me was the room being clean and staff was kind. Wouldn’t stay here again unless the hotel was compensating for my horrible experience this time.

Convenient to the union square area and walkable. The front desk staff was nice and friendly. Hotel was clean overall. The only negative thing was the area can be a little dicey at night but I’m from there originally so I felt safe but my partner was a little nervous. I would definitely stay there again
