This is a great hotel for first time visitors! It’s right next to the Dragon Gate entrance and close to many restaurants. Very clean and comfy room for the price. The staff was also very helpful and kind.

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the financial district of SF right by Chinatown. It's very easy to access and many tourist attractions and restaurants can be found nearby. Staff are courteous and polite, and the kitchen staff in particular were helpful. Interiors felt slightly dated, but could just be our experience coming from Europe.

Simply a lovely property. Great location to explore Chinatown, North Beach, Union Square or the Financial district on foot. The bed was super comfy and the room was very quiet. We requested an upper floor and they happily accommodated us. Great stay!

Very comfortable stay in a great location downtown. Close to the BART station for the airport and easy walking to Chinatown/Embarcadero and other areas (plus the tram along the front!) Rooms are very spacious, impeccably clean and the bed was just right for us. Highly recommend for a good value stay in the centre.
