Great location, located right next to the Chinatown Gate. The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel room was quite quiet even though it is located on a busy street. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

Didn’t have breakfast Close to our 2nd home up the street and we stay here when there is overflow of guests/family. Easy, clean, convenient, comfortable. The shower water pressure isn’t always reliable but that’s that only less than positive comment.

The hotel is located right by the Chinese gate on Bush and Grant street, which is walkable to downtown, Chinatown, and North Beach. It was very quiet at night and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean and hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, too. I wasn’t crazy about the interior, which reminded me of 90’s vibe. I am not sure if this hotel is 4 star. I felt like its 3.5 star hotel.
