I have been staying at this hotel for 25 plus years! This stay was especially fantastic! Maria at the front desk gives top notch professional service. She is so sweet and genuine, The Majestic is very lucky to have her on their team! Our room was so lovely. I would stay here over a newer hotel any day! Affordable & so much bang for your buck! The rooms are bright, clean, vintage & beautiful with high ceilings. Our room this time (#306) exceeded our expectations! It was literally the size of a one bedroom apartment! My boyfriend & I plan on staying here for a couple days at least once a month. Coffee station 24 hours & free bottled water which is unheard of now a days. Solid free Continental breakfast with framed John Lennon sketches. Fun, old timey bar with butterfly collections. So many curiosities and just an amazing experience all around! Great location by Japan Town & easy to find parking on street, safe neighborhood.

Very welcoming and friendly service! The room was very clean, and even while you can feel the history of the building, it was all fairly modern. It's in a wonderful and mostly quiet neighborhood. Definitely worth the value!

Spotless room, very comfy bed, nice victorian style decor and great staff! Breakfast is very good and served in a spacious dining room: highly recommended. We forgot a bag upon checking out, but didn’t realize our error, however the front desk promptly reached out to notify us and kept our bag safe, while we returned to pick it up later that day. I would gladly return to the Majestic Hotel!

Very nice other than the steet noise, and the daily garbage truck that wakes you up at 5am, the site says airport shuttle but apparently that hasn't been a thing since covid. Nice property wish it wasn't the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in.

The staff were wonderful, the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Would have been 5 stars if it weren’t for the fact that I was continually woken up because I could hear every noise on the street outside and in the rooms next to me and above me. I don’t consider myself I light sleeper. If the hotel had provided earplugs on the nightstand or something this would have helped a lot.

This hotel has cool antique style, the bartender was so friendly, and when there was a hiccup with my room the staff acted promptly and respectfully. Plus, excellent bedding, thoughtfully placed lighting, and a great hot shower. Will stay here again!
