Uniquely beautiful hotel. Loved the proximity to union square and everything else really. Used the parking garage across the way for half the price and that went extremely well.

The hotel is located in an amazing area. The subway is easily accessible. Close to Chinatown. Right next to the trolley. Very friendly front desk staff. Would stay again!

3.5 stars. Nice simple clean room. Location is good and some nice places to eat around the area. Booked three nights but only stayed two nights wanted to spend the day/night in Santa Rosa. Couple of things was at check out when we told the younger gentleman working the front desk we weren’t staying the third night he didn’t seem to care. I would have thought he would have followed up with asking us if there were any issues etc. but that wasn't the case and that’s fine. Also both nights there was no water for purchase from the lobby… we were told it hasn’t been stocked which was inconvenient. Older gentleman that works nights at the front desk is awesome.

Hotel ok. Old but fine for a sleepover. TV was pretty archaic as you could not cast to it and the HDMI port was there but used for the DerectTV. Coffee machine was broken but they had fresh coffee in the lobby every morning.
