Hello I live in Cheerful-House for over 20years. I am currently live in ground floor with separate entrances and I do not share any of the space during your visit. I can be easily reach from text. In any case of event you need my assist i can be there in reasonable time. Please book trip with actual number of guests, if you will have visitors would like to stay that will be add to your booking.

Great place to stay! Location is super close to the beach and Golden Gate Park, which worked perfectly for out planned activities. The house is adorable - my kids especially loved it.
