Extremely clean room and friendly staff. Although the building on the outside looks old, the rooms are remodeled and offer all the required amenities like fridge and microwave which was appreciated.

The motel was fine for our 1 night stay. The man who checked us in was super slow. We were the only ones checking in and it took us 22 minutes from the time he started to help us, until we received our room keys. It was just weird. He never smiled. Unfortunately, when you're received like that, it makes for a bad 1st impression.

Place is ok, seems like a branding bait and switch. The listing says Americas Best Value Inn but the marque is “Budget Motel” It’s was just ok for me and would I stay again it would be a no for me.
