The owners are what really make this hotel special. Friendly, helpful, fun, just great people. They love what they do and it shows in every aspect. Beds are very comfortable and my husband and I slept in every morning. Having places to sit outside and enjoy the weather is a huge bonus. The location was also great.

Very much enjoyed my stay! Dave, the owner was very helpful and responsive to any issues as well as willing to take the time to recommend places to eat and areas of interest. I liked that it is a small, boutique hotel and was close to the pier and shopping. I will definitely stay here again!

This small Motel is a reasonable place to stay in San Clemente. The Owner is on property and extremely kind and accommodating. The room is quite small but doable for a couple. Loved the outdoor area with a picnic table and a small couch with side tables

Owned by a very nice young local couple who are very committed to refurbishing this older hotel that they purchased about a year ago. Dave & Harvey (their dog) warmly greeted me and showed me to my room. It was very comfortable and clean. The grounds are beautiful and show lots of TLC by the couple and their young son. The convenient free parking lot seemed pretty full most of my three-night stay, and the other guests seemed friendly. I’d definitely stay there again on another fantastic San Clemente visit!
