The toilet had a malfunction in the middle of the night. I woke up to the sound of running water, the back of the toilet lid was raised, some water on the floor, and the toilet was continuously flushing. I could not use the toilet that morning in a room that cost over $300. Ridiculous. I called the front office and they said someone would be up right away but no one showed up before I had to check out. I had to hold everything and use the restroom that morning to relieve myself......from the 23rd floor.

Everything from booking online to checking out was extremely easy and everything about the hotel is excellent. Check in was easy and fast. The food at the restaurant is great and I love the amenity of having $15 credit each day. The location is so great and we came down and went out to the Riverwalk and mall. We will be staying here in the future.

This hotel is close to the Alamo and shopping. The convention center is walking distance. Plenty of restaurants walking distance. Over all a great place. A little expensive, but worth it in my opinion.

Nice hotel

I was there for a work function. The staff was extremely helpful. The bed was not comfortable (for me) and when we arrived the room was pretty warm but it was clean and I was also able to get an early check in. The bar was amazing and so was the food from the restaurant.
