The room had a dirty diaper when we first checked into our new room and the door was open went downstairs and told the front desk then the whole reason we booked that hotel was because they had an indoor pool and the one night out of two nights that we stayed there the pool was not accessible to us because it was closed. That was the whole point I booked that room which was very, very disappointing. Then the second day we didn’t get any housekeeping come to the room at all and the day we checked out housekeeping came in at 9:45 when checkout wasn’t until 11 o’clock, which I don’t understand why they would even come in, but they walked in on me naked coming out of the shower. I would love to get some type of compensation back for booking this room and paying how much I paid for this to be the experience I got. !!!

Excellent location in downtown San Antonio with a shopping mall and restaurants in the same complex. Could see River Walk and the Alamo from our room. Extremely clean, super friendly staff, good food in the hotel bar and restaurant, coffee shop, and massive conference areas. Excellent hotel in one of our favorite cities. Only cons were the parking rates, the pillows, and non-complimentary wi-fi but we would definitely stay here again.

Wi-Fi service was hard to access and would go out. Staff wasn’t sure how to resolve issue. They locked us out of our room because payment method was not updated however there was no mentioning of this upon checking in and they sent a Secruity guard to check what the situation was instead of an actual staff member. Picking up our food from the bar and being told it was not ready, when it was packaged on a surface nearby but staff was not paying attention or their attention was else where.

Had breakfast from the hotel cafe and healthy options were very limited. Rooms were clean and minimal items for guests. There was one water bottle in the room for $6 and that’s all. No items by the bathroom sink whatsoever.
