Room Needs Some Maintenance

Good hotel and staff in a safe area however there were a few material condition issues: 1. Wall unit had that mildew smell and made the room damp. 2. Think the floor gasket seal around the toilet going bad. Had that sewer smell when near it. 3.Roku TV did not work. Thank you.

We had a great stay here with our two kids. Very clean hotel, big rooms, polite and supportive staff and safe parking area. One concern was that they have a sleep hospital section within the hotel and would prefer to not allot to family with kids on that floor. We would be coming here back for our next stay in San Antonio.

Immediately I was charged $10 daily for parking that was not mentioned when booking. The room was nasty, carpet was wet and sticky. The fridge was leaking water and the cabinet wouldn’t shut. The AC couldn’t keep up. The bathroom was filthy.

The hotel was clean and had very nice staff. Breakfast was not great and they cleaned the rooms every other day. Location is very convenient if you have to go to the hospital often.
