Honestly, the main thing that stood out was that even though we had a couple of issues when we first got there like the air conditioner made this horrendous noise so we couldn't even use it at first and the toilet seat was broken, they fixed it immediately. There was no waiting till the next day or anything. Everyone was very kind and gracious and made our stay a priority. The breakfast was awesome and the location of our hotel was great for what we needed. The one and only thing I can say that we were surprised and disappointed in because we didn't know about it ahead of time was that they charged $10 per night for parking. I asked the lady how else you could get to the hotel other than driving a car because you certainly couldn't walk and therefore the $10 should have been built into the cost of the room.

Over all good - Room and bath were clean. Were told at check in that house keeping is every third day, towels avail on request. AND NOW it’s $$$10.00 dollars per day for parking. Not good- should be noted in the listing. The beds are too high for handicap people. Only a desk chair with wheels in the room - not good for handicap people. requested another chair and got a small table chair. Will try a different location next trip to San Antonio.

The breakfast has degraded in quality over the years. Those eggs could not taste any more industrial and the sausage texture and flavor is no longer recognizable. The underside of the seat cushion in my room was filthy. The bathroom trim was unfinished and looked quite shoddy. The bench seating area outside the front door had dried spilled soda all over the place and the walkway was filthy. I really like La Quinta Inn but there were some gaps on this stay.
