I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. After checking out, I was unexpectedly charged for property damage that I did not cause. I reached out immediately to provide proof that I was not responsible, but the manager refused to listen or allow me to share my evidence. The lack of communication and unwillingness to understand my side of the situation was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I’ve stayed at many hotels and have never been treated this way. I would strongly caution others to document everything during their stay and be careful before booking here. Honesty and good customer service should come first, and unfortunately, that was not the case in my experience.

Wonderful hotel and breakfast but be aware it is not a 7 minute walk to Riverwalk or market square,more like 20 plus! This definitely needs fixed as it is not true. Be prepared to park elsewhere as the parking lot is tiny!

I spoke to the staff & Orbitz several times. I paid for the stay through Orbitz; however, the local hotel charged my credit card for the stay. I was assured I was not charges. When I got home, I had the two charges. As of today, this has NOT been resolved.

We loved the staff. In particular, Jesus and Cynthia were outstanding. Jesus is professional and proactively engages with the guests. Cynthia is hands down one of the best breakfast chefs you can find! She is vivacious and seemed to remember all of us. We will be back!
