We had to change rooms three times. Our first room, the safety lock at the top of the door did not work, which was a necessity as our child is autistic nonverbal, and will run away. they moved us to a second room where the TV did not work. Finally the third room was fine but I thought I booked two nights when I only booked one which is my fault but still just really frustrating when I remember booking two nights, but I guess only one went through.

Dont waste your money here.

Breaskfast was absurd, tasteless and cold. Room was never cleaned and trash never emptied. Parking unsafe, cars driving like the highway.

i loved the hotel super nice only problem was elevator was not working so the stairs were a hassle! other than that the male receptionist was amazing and helpful but the worst happened…. our truck got broken into in the AM and the hotel and police didn’t do nothing

Bad Experience ROACHES!!¡!!!

The one night stay was not a good experience, it was a late check in for me and my family, upon entering the room my son saw baby roaches on the table that the TV was on, below was the frigidaire. My wife notice something crawing on the wall i looked and it was more roaches. I went to the front desk to let them know and all the front desk person said was he will let the manager know. Nothing was done we were tired and i didnt want to stress my wife even more. The following are pictures showing the roach issue. I want a refund for this stay!!!!!

I was very impressed with this hotel. It was clean, the staff was so sweet, and it had a couple restaurants and a convenient store within walking distance. I loved the little coffee bar in the lobby, it was so cute and the coffee was so fresh, I LOVE COFFEE! Breakfast was different than the traditional hotel breakfast, but it was so yummy! I felt it had more health options along with pastries and cereal for kiddos. My family and I will definitely look for a Spark Hotel next time we need to stay away from home.

Good but could be better

The beds were very comfortable and the facility was very clean. Safety concerns with the indoor pool access being open late at night. Also, staff serving breakfast appeared to hide away while items like eggs and coffee were out.

You can put lipstick on a pig…

We thought this was a new hotel but the minute I walked in I knew it was an old hotel with a new coat of paint and a new name. The room felt horribly humid and the AC sounded like there were rocks rattling inside it. I talked to the front desk and they said maintenance would be up to fix it but they never showed and it was never fixed. We showered before bed and had to shower again in the morning because we were so sticky from the humidity. The hallways and elevator are very hot so walking in from the heat offered very little relief. Breakfast was awful. The orange juice, apple juice and coffee all were extremely watered down and had zero flavor. There was cereal and bagels and not much else. The tub looked and felt like it would fall through at any moment, the handle didn’t work very well and toilet seat was falling off. I tightened the screws on the toilet seat myself because I knew it wouldn’t get fixed. The coverlet on the beds felt like sandpaper so we removed them because they scratched and were so uncomfortable. Overall not a good experience.

The stay was perfect while visiting my son for graduation at lackland airforce base. The front staff where very kind and accomidating It was clean and comfy. The 2 restuarants across the parking lot was AMAZING!!
