The room was terrible. They had double booked. My family was woken up in the middle of the night with another guest trying to get in because they have been booked in that room. Also, the air conditioners didn’t work. They removed three times in the middle of the night and ended up in a room with a toilet that didn’t work. This is unacceptable and no monetary compensation was offered for all of the trouble.

The hotel was nice, the breakfast was not free we had to pay $60! That’s crazy, and it wasn’t even good. Only one elevator was working and it took FOREVER to get to a floor.

Me & my wife felt very welcomed by the staff at the front desk during check out, very friendly & engaging in conversation that didn’t feel forced but we shared laughs, the room was very clean, the towels & complementary toiletries included were very organized & pleasantly presented, nice quiet peaceful environment with no issues of complaints! Would definitely recommend to friends/family & I would stay at Crown again next year!!
