Located in a quiet and peaceful culdesac bordering Cottonwood Heights, you`ll love feel of the upper level unit. Comes with garage parking, fast wifi, two private decks, BBQ, fire pit, and a fenced in backyard with plenty of space and possibly pet friendly depending on the situation. Perfect central location being only 15 minutes to downtown Salt Lake, 30 minutes to Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude, 35 minutes to historic Main Street Park City, and close to restaurants and shopping.
This is the upper level unit and houses two bedrooms and one bathrooms. There is a lower level unit that has a separate entrance and shares the backyard with the upper unit.

We give our guests privacy and are available to answer questions.
We are going to be getting professional photos done and will be adding more soon.

Ski stay
Great location for our skiing at Brighton. Easy check in/out and communication with property management. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Could have been cleaner, but satisfactory as they do allow pets.
