The internet ad says there is a restaurant in the hotel which is why we chose this hotel. There is no restaurant! There was sort of a continental breakfast between 6 and 9. Major inconvenience as i am in a wheel chair. Chair in the shower was way too low. Couldnt use it because i couldnt get up out of it.

The rooms are super beautiful and clean! Great staff. Breakfast staff wasn’t running as smoothly as hoped. They said they can been short staffed but overall experience was fantastic. Will book another stay again.

Clean, spacious rooms. Allowed us to check in a little early which saved us a lot of headache. Staff was very courteous which with having 2 small grandbabies that ran around like little ones do and they seemed to understand and not make a big deal out of kids being kids with an old broken down Grandpa that has a hard time keeping up with them. AGAIN I GREATLY APPRECIATE THE KINDNESS OF THE STAFF AND ALL THE WILLINGNESS TO HELP HAVE A FUN, ENJOYABLE STAY WITH THEM....

VERY DISAPPOINTING 😢😢😢👎👎👎👎😡😡😡 I booked & paid for a 2 queen bed and sofa bed room for 5 family members with a disabled person guests. We arrived late due to a long hours drive from Las Vegas. When we arrived we were told that they are fully booked and Expedia is a 3rd party reservation and doesn't have any knowledge on their hotel occupancy . They made us wait for 20minutes and give us another address and another hotel with only 2queen beds & 8miles away. We are left with no choice considering it's already passed 12midnight and I am very concerned with my disabled person that needed a bed to sleep. I didn't get any communication from the hotel neither from Expedia that when we arrive we don't have the available room that I booked and already paid. PLEASE DONT BOOK ON THIS HOTEL 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
