Front desk attendant was busy but friendly and efficient. The room was adequate for our one-night stay, but the bed was extremely uncomfortable and squeaked every time anyone moved the slightest bit. Would definitely recommend new/better mattresses, but everything else was fine.

Did self check in so didn’t interact with the staff. But the cleaners need to focus on making sure the rooms are clean rather than being on their phones and chitchatting with each other there was like soda spill marks down the wall when you walk in and clearly the mirror was not cleaned because there was something on it toothpaste or not sure what but clearly something that you should see when you’re actually cleaning. Like just take that extra moment and care about tge job you’ve done and feel confident that it was done properly just a quick look around is all you need to do. It literally will take two minutes of your time.

The bed sheets were stained. The tub was dirty and had hair. The shower curtain was moldy. No one at the front desk. I slept on the bed fully clothed used my coats as blanket and pillow

So, we started with a room that didn’t have working AC, which was a bit of a bummer. But then, the reception guy checked it out and switched us to a new room. It was a bit of a headache at first, but overall, it was alright.
