The property was in the location necessary for the purpose if our trip. Unfortunately, this property damaged the LaQuinta brand. It was poorly maintained, dirty, and in disrepair.

As soon as we pulled in we saw to prostitutes walking around the parking lot. The building was all under construction when we entered the lobby. Loud drilling, plastic on the floors. The staff were very friendly and helpul. For that I give them a 2-stars, otherwise it would be 1 star.

Hotel was under construction, dust throughout building including being caked on door. Room had no towels, or operating phone. Had to drive back to front desk to ask for some towels. Door locked but definitely a gap to outside as light shined through. Last, a group of homeless or druggies camped out by our exit door.

The hotel was doing remodeling which was fine. The rooms, beds, linens were clean. A couple of the desk staff were pleasant. The overnight clerk was argumentative and when called to speak with a manager “Amber” had me on speakerphone and was not customer service oriented at all. For a hospitality manager she was TERRIBLE

I understand they are under renovation but to offer a better experience why don’t they put the reality of the hotel conditions, exposure of wires everywhere, room cover in dust, pool was closed. I wasn’t prepare to leave a deposit being said that it said no deposit needed. That cut my money expenses a lot . But i think there is a way to plan better rent a whole different hotel not there

We did not stay; the room was clean-ish but had the overpowering smell of pinesol. The building is being renovated and felt defunct. The pool was closed. Our rooms air conditioner unit squealed when turned on and the door would not close without being slammed hard into the frame. We opted to leave and chose another property, the front desk staff was kind and understanding, and gave us a full refund. I appreciated the compassion from staff, given the circumstances.
