Always a good stay at all holiday inn express hotels. The only negative is it was a weekend and there were kids above us as we get an accessible room so we were on first floor. It was to be expected😞

When we got to the hotel, they told us they didn’t have a room for us even though we had one reserved. They then put us in a room with wet carpet because they just shampooed it. All they did is give us a little fan and then expected us to be happy with it. We were running late for a wedding so we didn’t have time to even negotiate any kind of credit for not having a room and then putting us in a room with wet floors.

The only reason this hotel was booked was for the water slide. Not open. Don’t advertise a “waterpark” if you close the main attraction.

The outside of the property has two identities. The entrance is fairly nice, while the road leading into the parking lot is less than scenic. Upon arrival and additional 45 mins to an hour was spent in the lobby waiting for a room to become available. While we were waiting an additional 7-10 people experienced the same after us. Once we were given the room key, we were located on the first floor in an ADA accessible room. The room was clean enough had little things that could be improved on. Examples, the fridge is very loud, A/C unit seemed like it was on it’s last leg, some outlets did t work, tv was barely hanging off the wall,to name a couple. At approximately 1:00 am the door to our room was opened. Luckily there was a second door latch ( accessible for those with height restrictions) was engaged with the top door latch. All around the hotel served its purpose but would not recommend unless the Motel 6 is fully booked.

This is our favorite place to stay! We come here often because of the water park. The kids love it and it is a nice treat after a long travel day. It is family friendly in a very convenient location. Hotel is clean as expected.

Ok stay I guess

Room smaller than I thought. The shower had a crack in the wall. The shower head needed to be replaced it didn’t work great. The front desk clerk that checked us in was quite rude. The pool was really not worth the money. The water was too cold and couldn’t let our little one enjoy it. Because he got to cold to fast plus to many big kids on the slide not being watched that littles could not even use it in the 1ft area of pool. When we were gonna go to the pool the same front desk clerk was there again that evening and was rude again. The first night I thought maybe she had a bad day but to get the same attitude again the next night she shouldn’t be up front if she can’t have great customer service skills. The food was terrible. Coffee was great! The other front desk clerk we talked to after the other girl left, she was nice. Most of the staff was nice too.
