The bar staff was great. Everyone else seemed bothered by requests. One person saying they were understaffed. We had to ask for bathroom supplies multiple times and sometimes we wouldn’t get them at all. The hotel itself is nice but the service needs improvement.

The rooms are big and nice. Was pretty clean but I’m picky about that. The handle in the shower was loose and the bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut or lock. But we have stayed at this hotel many times and like it enough to keep coming back!
