I love the privacy and quietness in the middle of the city. I love the key pad code over a hotel key, the housekeeping was very helpful and prompt, I loved the home away from home feel and the promptness of resident staff in giving a tour of the long term lease options and I will definitely stay here again.

I like that I got a room with a balcony and a view of north south and west, The floor plan is open enough that it is very spacious while still being a cozy one bed room apartment, is extremely quiet easy to sleep during the day if you want to. Love the fact that I have a washer and dryer here that I could do my laundry especially after traveling for a month I absolutely love this placeand having an entire car load full of laundry. I absolutely love this place.

Placemakr was a perfect stay for us. Conveniently located to downtown Salt Lake, easy to find and easy to follow instructions for getting in etc. The rooms are so clean, so roomy, so perfect. Its like a home. And the gym was great!

The room was very clean and in a great location for food. There wasn’t much to do around the property but it was very easy to drive to! I used the gym which was super nice and clean!! The property was quiet and easy to get into! Loved the parking situation although it was expensive and I don’t know I would be charged for it. The only thing I didn’t like was not knowing how check out worked. I didn’t get any info about checking out until the day of 2 hours before we had to check out which was kinda weird.

It was a nice stay, comfortable bedding, limited responses with the property though, had to call the 800 number several times when we needed something / had questions because the text communication was sporadic. There are some homeless that wander near the property at night, but they see harmless and I believe it’s because there’s a clinic nearby. Not too far from all the downtown activity and there’s a good late night taco place next door.

The beginning of my stay at this site wasn't the best, but the on-site property manager was able to address my concerns the next morning. Most communication at this site is done through email, which can be frustrating. Although the website states that texting is an option, I don't think anyone ever responded to a text. The site is clean and quiet. I do wish the room had a dresser for storing clothing and a larger bed, but overall, it was a good stay.
I believe the bed is not a queen size; I think it’s a full size, and the mattress is too soft.attress is too soft.
TV can be to personalized streaming.

Could be great with a little attention and prep.

This is clearly recent construction and has not been cleaned or prepped for renting yet. The floors were dirty from construction. The baseboards have not been cleaned and have some nasty stuff where someone had an accident and must have spilled something. There was a screw on the floor in the bedroom. The coffeemaker is missing a piece and doesn’t work. The door code to our room didn’t work. The code to get into the building was fine though. I parked in a designated parking spot for the building I was staying in and received a ticket. I had to call in to get my PIN code because the automated service didn’t send me an e mail it a text. I just don’t think the management was ready yet to react to customers.

Wonderful rental. Apartment was very clean. Excellent gym and common area. Parking simple and straight forward. Would absolutely stay again! I do have to mention one drawback, it is a place that requires an additional signup that includes uploading your ID and providing a card online. The process was less than ideal and the service they use was problematic. Make sure you account for the additional hassle. However, once we were in the rental, it was absolutely worth the initial problems.

There are a lot of great things about staying here. The apartments are nice. Everything is new. With that said, our first room we had a mini split blowout causing a flood of water in our room. When I asked to be switched to a different room we were but this one was slightly different. One less window lower ceilings so it felt smaller than the room we had just left. Which typically when you have to move in the middle of your stay I would hope they would do something nice and put you in a nicer room for the inconvenience. Second room. I was in the middle of doing a load of laundry when the machine stopped working. Also, the pull-out bed had never been completely set up so when we tried to open it up for my 13-year-old we could not because it was still zip tied shut. It was next to impossible to try to get a hold of anybody and even when we did there was nothing anybody could do because you're basically staying in an apartment. I was able to get the zip ties undone. However, when you're paying a lot per night, it's nice to not have to take plastic off of a mattress and maneuver a very heavy sofa so that you can just get it open. In the end I felt a little bit like a guinea pig... Testing out new rooms on us.
