When I arrived at the room and checked it, I had short hair in the sink and there was food or crumbs on the sofa, the young man who helped me at the desk was not very friendly when he received us (you don't need to say words with that attitude) when I told him that my room was not clean he gave me another room and accompanied me to the other room where he entered with me which I think was disrespectful, if he wanted to check that everything was okay he would have done it before not with me, he was a man of few words, there was no interaction as attention, in the days that I was there, I greeted the employees and nobody said hello.

NEEDS an ice dispenser on EVERY floor. Asking someone to go to the 3rd and 5th floor just for ice is frankly ridiculous considering the 3-star hotel status. The mini-fridge does not work, the hair dryer does not work, and upon arrival for our ONE night stay, we were informed the wifi was completely down and we would not only not be able to use it, but also not able to use a regular key and had to be supplied an "emergency" key.

This is a good option in hotels. I like to stay at different hotels for each stay. I think overall this was a good experience. The check in was super fast and simple. The rooms are nice and the AC works great. I also love that there is an all you can eat breakfast buffet. Although the hot food options were limited. My biggest complaint about this hotel was that there was a stain on the sheets that made me concerned they weren’t clean. I also booked the hotel because I believed the room I booked had a bathtub which it did not but the pictures indicated it did. However after reading all room info I did realize that room did not have a bathtub. Overall though I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
