Modern, Clean, Quiet, Secure and Great Service!!

Room was modern, very clean and comfortable. Lots of available parking. Location was right off the freeway, however, you could not get to it from the exit you had to go down to the next road and turn around and come back. Unfortunately the website listed the late night menu available until 10pm but they close down the fryer/oven equipment at 9:15-9:30p. The staff was super friendly and offered to keep our frozen items in their freezer when we found out the rooms didn’t have one..very helpful and had a wonderful breakfast..we really liked it and will stay again.

The room was nice and well prepared, although it really sucked being booked in a room next to the elevator. Any time it was in use , I was definitely reminded that I was a wall away from it due to the sound other guest going up and down each time the elevator was being used. Morning breakfast was decent. Staff was nice.

Beware of this place

First off all the front desk lady said I did not purchase an accessible/ bathroom. My father in law is handicap and that’s a must and we always make sure we do when we travel. She argued with me and then I asked her to close the purchase on the tv and she said she couldn’t do that, then called back and said she could and never did it. The hotel smelled of weed and old dirty feet. Check out is at noon and they shut the tv off at 11am., the hotel staff walked in our room without knocking. I paid $163 with my keys discount or it would have been over $200 for one night. I am disappointed in the Hyatt. Will never stay in a Hyatt again. Food was okay. Bed was not comfy at all

Family Friendly

The staff was really friendly and helpful. I was traveling alone with my 4 kids and it was wonderful to have a spacious, clean room that easily accommodated my family. We would love to stay here again knowing my husband can join us and we can still be comfortable.

This is the best place to stay. The rooms are clean, cozy and the bed is comfy. The staff are all very friendly. It feels very safe to stay there and it is close to many amenities. The breakfast could be a bit better.. it's the same food every day, there's nothing that is gluten free, low fat, or a lighter option for people who need to watch for certain things. There should be hard boiled eggs, fat free or lite yogurt, other fruit, etc for diet restrictions. Other than that, it's always a great stay.
