Our cosy and bright apartment is located on the third floor of a charming  building located in one of the most vibrant areas of Rome. We are in Trastevere district, one of the last real Roman neighbourhoods! 

The apartment is ideal from two to four people. It has been beautifully restored and furnished with taste and attention for the comfort. The accommodation consists of 2 double rooms with double bed, a living room with a well-equipped kitchen and two bathroom, one with shower.

Upon arrival, each guest over the age of 10 must pay 6 euros per night for the City Tax (only for the first 10 nights in case of long stays).

This holiday home has been duly approved by the Municipality of Rome.

Property was spacious and great location in Rome - esp for trams and buses to major sites. It was very clean and beds were comfy. Could be a little noisy but nothing excessive. Comms with property manager was good for check-in but not overly helpful after that. Some written instructions for the washing machine and aircon/heating would have been helpful esp given the comms with property manager. Building has a lift which really helped with luggage. Fab bakery (Le Levain) is close by and heaps of restaurants.

Spacious, clean, renovated apartment with retro character elevator. Good kitchen facilities although the dishwasher quality is average. Washing machine is useful and our laundry dried overnight just with the central heating. Plenty of local restaurants nearby, about 20min walk to most of Rome sights. Can’t fault it except there’s 1 shower (the heading on Expedia indicates 2 bathrooms). Would highly recommend for a comfortable stay in Rome.

Charming apartment in a perfect location on a quiet street. Very clean, plenty of hot water (!) , comfortable beds, dishwasher and washing machine (no dryer). The building appears filled with locals, the vibe feels more like you're part of a community, not a tourist.

Lovely apartment. So nice to have an extra 1/2 bath to get ready faster for the day. Just a note to travelers: there is a washing machine, but no dryer - just keep in mind if you're thinking of overnight wash and dry for your trip. Little bit of traffic noise, but calmed down after midnight. Convenient to have a lift for luggage. Enjoyed the lovely big windows. Dishwasher very helpful. Beds comfy. ENJOY!
