A truly magnificent apartment in the most surreal location, a stones throw from the Spanish Steps. The apartment was modern, exceptionally clean and well maintained and the location incomparably convenient for the main attractions of Rome as well as shopping.

We stayed at the Candiotti hotel in early November. The staff was fantastic and very helpful about how to get around Rome, especially Daniele and Linda. We have stayed there before this visit and have always been pleased with the service. The hotel is very clean, and the room staff does an excellent job of organizing everything. The location was perfect for us. We will stay there the next time we are in Rome.

I wish I could give zero stars. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. Our room was facing a rooftop bar just about 10 meters away, with music blasting loudly until the middle of the night, sleeping was absolutely impossible. On top of that, the room itself smelled terrible, like damp and mold, making it even worse. We called the reception twice to ask for help, but both times they hung up on us, saying there’s nothing they can do. No apology, no room change, no basic respect for guests. It’s shocking that a place like this can still operate as a hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.

While we were disappointed that we did not stay at the main hotel on via Mario del fiori, the supplemental rooms on via Del corso were not bad at all. Rooms very clean, cleaned very well daily, water pressure excellent and the staff was extremely courteous. Very attentive to our needs and very protective about transportation.
