Would like to have upgraded to Business Class, but cost was $896.00 a piece for 2 ticket; $1792 for two seats, crazy!
Food was not tasty and the seats on United planes in economy have little padding. The flight staff kept the temperature on board too cool for comfort,
2 hours late due to storms. But no ones fault
