This property was a great choice, from start to finish. Close to the airport, a five minute walk to a pleasant downtown district with tons of restaurants, lovely staff, and every amenity imaginable in a spotlessly clean and attractive room. Highly recommended for those just spending a quick night In the way in or out of Rome.

Quite possibly the most charming hosts that we have ever encountered. Pretty much every possible amenity was considered and provided, and the hosts were very flexible in providing the best customer service possible. They also gave an unusually generous amount of complimentary snacks and drinks throughout the stay, to include for our early AM flight which they also woke up early for us. The rooms are very charming and clean. Will easily be staying here again for future visits to Rome!

Wonderful quiet, comfortable and well-appointed guest inn just minutes from Leonardo daVinci airport yet in a very quiet neighborhood. A short walk across the Tiber are many restaurants and Seconda Riva was excellent. Hosts made sure I was comfortable and got my bearings. Definitely would stay here again.

We stayed here for a 2nd time at the end of our Italy trip. Everything was perfect! Staff were so wonderful and helped arrange a taxi for us at 4:30AM. I highly recommend staying here if you need a comfortable place to stay by the airport.
