Disliked: Cleanliness
Zunächst war ein rechtzeitiger Check-in nicht möglich, da der erforderliche Zugangscode nicht vorlag. Erst mit einer Stunde Verspätung und dank der Hilfe eines Nachbarn konnte ich das Haus betreten.Beim Betreten der Unterkunft musste ich feststellen, dass die Balkontür offenstand. Infolgedessen war der Teppich großflächig durchnässt. Dies führte bereits nach kurzer Zeit zu einem massiven Schimmelgeruch, der die gesamte Aufenthaltsdauer über anhielt und die Wohnqualität stark beeinträchtigte. Auf meine Meldung bezüglich des nassen Teppichs erhielt ich lediglich die Anweisung, die Heizung aufzudrehen und die Klimaanlage zu nutzen. Diese Maßnahme blieb wirkungslos gegen die Feuchtigkeit und den Schimmelgeruch. Um die Räumlichkeiten überhaupt bewohnbar zu machen, mussten wir den schweren, nassen Teppich schließlich in Eigenregie aus dem Haus tragen. Zudem gab es technische Probleme im Badezimmer: Das Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht ab, was die Nutzung erheblich einschränkte.
