The building looked abandoned and I felt very unsafe. To find the door you need to walk thru gates with overgrown grass only to find locked doors. I believe all the reviews are fake. Do not book here. I rebooked with a chain close by and am trying to get my money back. A big scam and not even close to being accurately represented online.

For our two weeks vacation in Italy this was the the most comfortable stay we had, the air conditioning was blast, they understand what the guests prefer, especially for tourists who are not used to a 25°C room temperature. Italy usually is hot during summer, tourists are doing a lot of walking under the sun so you will like to be comfortable when you get back to your hotel. The property has no elevators but staff are all helpful in carrying your luggages to your room.

good place but not recommended for people who can

good experience but no elevator i needed to check in and check in was not at ground level but there was a movable chair up stairs to check in but not to where breakfast was served in the morning. Tthe people fortunately had a room on the floor where check in was. Placws not near restaurants. Not for handicapped people. The place was clean and bed comfortable.

Stayed overnight for an early morning flight and could not be more pleased. The hotel is new, clean and the staff are very helpful and attentive. Rooms are a good size, clean and well presented. The area around is uninspiring but the wsterfront and restaurants are only 10 minutes walk away. Recommended.

Great hotel close to the airport.

Stayed there for one night and had a good night sleep. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Stuff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included, but unfortunately we had to leave early. Highly recommend.

We arrived late (6pm) for check-in and the room still wasn’t cleaned or ready for us. Check-in was at 3pm. Walls and doors are very thin and our room was connected by a glass door to a large common area patio that all guests could access and see or walk into our room if the doors wasn’t locked and curtains were not closed. Would not stay again or recommend.

This place was very clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast in the morning was full of options and prepared very nicely! The staff couldn’t have been better and more friendly! They were fantastic. If we find ourselves in the area again I will definitely book with them.

Caroline was an amazing receptionist and if it wasn't for her we would have been lost. She helped us with everything and anything we needed. From local travel arrangements to telephone calls to ideas of what to do and see, breakfast and cappuccino in the morning, she was there for us. The hotel location was perfect, clean, good breakfast and very comfortable. Thank you, Caroline!

Staff, room and service exceeded expectations! My daughter arrived a day early for her program and was a little nervous as a solo traveler. She said the hotel and staff took great care of her and even accommodated her scheduling issues. I hope to visit someday soon just too stay at this hotel.

First of all I couldn’t find the place. There was no lights. The picture of the hotel looked nothing like the place. There were people hanging all out in the streets. They were several bags of garbage. There was no elevator so you have to carry your bags upstairs. I wasn’t happy and asked for a refund before even stepping foot in the room and they denied to give me a refund. I would never even go in that direction again.
