I highly recommend this property. Very nice and helpful staff, clean rooms and beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Also, the owner helped us to arrange our ride from the bus station to the property, and then next day to the airport. The location of the property is great too, lots of restaurants and shops around the area. Next time I am in Rome, I will definitely stay here.

The property is fabulous and the deck has a wonderful view - perfect for a wine toast (we were on our honeymoon). It's close to the train station but has parking, it's very close to the water. The kitchen was fabulous and a small market is nearby. The restaurants are terrific! There was only one wine glass though (easily remedied) but the big bed mattress was terrible with big divots - so we slept in the other bedroom, which was small. Had some problems with parking but nothing we couldn't fix - make sure you do everything requested in the check in process and it will all go smoothly.

Great stay

We stayed here because we needed to fly out of Rome the next morning and it provided a nice change from the busyness of central room. The host was very welcoming and helpful and we love the area and you can’t be a panoramic ocean view.

Wonderful gem by the sea with a cute and fun boardwalk. I can't thank Andrea for being such a wonderful and accommodating host. He was extremely helpful which was much appreciated as it was our first time to Italy. He even lent us his bikes so we could explore the area even more. Special thanks to Monica as well for the lift to the airport which Andrea set up for us :)
