Friendly staff …they go out of their way to solve any issues. I needed additional blankets and they accommodated. Day of checkout a staff member saw me pulling my suitcase to the lobby and gave me a ride directly to the lobby and unloaded my suitcase with a smile

Food are cold i undertand is buffet but it should be atleast warm. In 5 day stay we try to make reservation of the restaurant are always fully book so we dont have a choice but to eat the buffet.

Had a great time. Got charged tax twice by front desk and biggest complaint is lack of à la carte options. Basically have to book 2 weeks in advance which is unrealistic

Great experience! Staff were awesome. Very friendly. Food and service as well. The room that we stayed in was not renovated, was alright mostly just for sleeping however it really needs upgrade. If it wasn’t for the family staying next to us, I would have moved. Unpacking my things at the moment and could smell mold on my things. Would still come back in the future but woukd choose different type of room. I would give it a five star if it wasn’t for the moldy room smell. Overall had a great time.

We really enjoyed the pickleball courts and would love to see additional courts dedicated to the sport. We also enjoyed the yoga, aqua-fit sessions, bike tours, pool games and entertainment. Memo and Ramon were great as were all of the other instructors who took over when Memo went on vacation. And the bike tour guides provided very good information about the resort.
