Partial ocean view room was absolutely stunning. The ambiance of the room and hotel, fit tulum vibe completely. The only downside was the sargassum on the beach, which the hotel could not help. However made it hard to sit on the beautiful balcony due to the smell.

The hotel is beautiful, we loved utilizing the pool / hot tub. The staff, Emmanuel, was the best, he showed hospitality from greeting us with drinks, taking our suitcases, giving us recommendations, hailing a cab and trying to translate for us. The staff were amazing and the service was impeccable. The room was divine with space and layout. Overall, would highly recommend for a stay. The only downfall was it was a lot of seaweeds on the beach.

The hotel itself was fine, but the beach was completely unusable. It was covered with seaweed that was approximately four feet thick, making it impossible to enjoy the beach or access the water. The smell was terrible similar to raw sewage and was so overwhelming that it made me sick. We had booked a five-night stay but ended up leaving after the first night because of the conditions. We were extremely disappointed, as the beach was one of the main reasons we chose this property.
