Perfect stay in Mexico. On arrival, the customer service is great. Very straightforward and professional. The hotel grounds are immaculate. The pool is beautiful. There are two different pools to choose from there was a nice pool party on one side and the other side was relaxing. The room was gorgeous, modern, well equipped, and the shower was immense. The food was surprisingly good, from the regular buffet to the restaurants there’s a lot to choose from and it’s actually quality food. The only downside is that the beach and ocean itself is not that pretty but there were people swimming. The beach was very relaxing tho. There are many beach chairs and shaded cabanas. Overall, this was a great stay and I would definitely come back here again for a vacation.

Cleanliness of property, friendly accommodating staff, breakfast was great, liked the Italian , other ones ok. I will say I have not been to any resort or on a cruise that I thought the food was great, my friends did love the the onion soup at the French restaurant. Wish I could have gone in the water but that was out of the control of the resort. They also had entertainment throughout the day . Would not hesitate to go to another Breathless resort.

Definitely stay here...Awesome room, fun staff. Nice pools, fun things to do. Most of the food was excellent, a few dishes were hit or miss or took a little too long but above all it was super great food and service all around. Would love to see some solid guest DJs in their dance party room upstairs or have their nighttime DJ stick to the fun sexy bassy dance music- let a song play out for a bit as it was rapidly changing and genre hopping a little too hard, like even the old folks wanted to bump and grind a bit more so let those tunes play out- still fun don't get me wrong there though, lots of options, swim up room was the way to go for sure, don't get hooked in to a time share type of deal when you arrive unless you've got hours to waste at another resort or actually want to do that- really you're likely better off just paying for an upgraded experience if you wanna do something extra.. and all the extras are awesome ..The spa experience was awesome and made for an epic birthday. Would definitely stay here again. Mid November was a great time to go as it was busy but not crazy packed. It was 86 f all day and 76 all night. Pretty dang Perfect with just a few things to fine tune.

This resort is amazing. I have been here a few times and it never disappoints. Humberto and pepe at the xceleratebpool bar were exceptional. Roger at the pool in the middle pool was the perfect host. Also the gentelman that checked us in made our stay unforgettable. I am sorry to say i forgot his name

Great resort. From check in to check out the staff was amazing and friendly. Restaurants and entertainment were great. Roger and Edwin at the Xhale pool were always making sure you were taken care of

Its very beautiful. Every staff member was friendly and helpful It was always clean.The guests had such a variety old and young, every race and different countries. Room was very clean and stocked well. Motion lights were diff n that was very unique. a lot of food options that werent too far apart. entertainment was decent. would grade the activities and entertainment a B-. room wasn't ready until a hour after check in. Im handicap and they put us in one of the furthest buildings. Everything was way too far so the majority of the time I was exhausted feet swollen. The food unfortunately was maybe a C. bc sometimes the meat was tasty but the sides weren't Room service is a F. They ask about allergies. I tell them ketchup. Each time they bring it. I say no tomatoes. Each time its on there. The food was never warm at minimum. Always freezing cold. The desserts were so hard I tried to cut it and woke my husband with the noise Each restaurant I ordered dessert and never got it. The last day I asked for my dessert first and of course it wasn't edible sadly. Mens dress code made no sense! The restaurant over the pool was so informal bw the people in the pool and the bar next door but we had to walk all the way back to the room for him to change clothes. I cant imagine in the summer months how uncomfortable it is for men to be fully clothed in that heat. My husband advised someone was working on the elevator. We were on the 4th floor. Overall is good stay. Beach service is good, but water is not the best, rocks and seaweed aren't avoidable. But I still was able to enjoy it. Pools serm to be nice. I just don't use pools, so forsomeone who only cares about the beach, this hotel not the best. Entertainment is good at this hotel, it is lively. Checkin took some time and should have been quicker, dining is ok, but not too many options and good restaurant either can't be reserved or way too busy to becserved. I waited for iver an hour for dinner and just left after that long wait, very bad service at the Strip restaurant. Only for small area desiganted for smokers, and most of the time is very crowded, it should be more areas made for people who want to smoke a cig. or a cigar. Overall this is an Ok, 4 atar hotel.
