During our stay, breakfast was quite limited. No bagels and no cream cheese due to no delivery of their food services. Staff was limited so the trash cans were not emptied in a timely manner.

Check-in Staff very distant, no eye contact, never smiled. Put me on the 3rd floor and never stated where the elevator was located. I unfortunately had the same staff person at checkout in the morning.

Staff were very nice. Breakfast offerings were good. Location a bit scruffy … but didnt leave the hotel. After a Christmas week of eating too much, we were satisfied and grateful that they sold Cup of Soup which we heated in the rooms microwave for dinner.
