Staff took very long time to check me in. The couple appeared to have little experience with Travelocity. They demanded a $20 cash deposit to check in. Once in the room, the AC buttons were vandalized, meaning I couldn’t read what each one did, and the husband had to come to the room and show me the illogical sequence of buttons to get the AC to work. The refrigerator was unplugged, and the husband couldn’t understand that by the time the frig was plugged in and got cold, the guest’s food might be ruined. The old timey shower was good and there was plenty of hot water. The pool was nice and clean. They gave my $20 cash deposit back in the morning with no delay. Bed sheets appeared new. The couple is very nice.
