Disliked: Cleanliness
We arrived at the home and it was dirty. The floor was sticky, crumbs over the countertops, stove and microwave was dirty, old food in the fridge. The milk was curdled. Windows and walls were dirty. The trash was overflown outside. People i talked to werent the owner but offered to refund part of a night and would send cleaners the next day. I ended up buying cleaning supplies as none was available at the house and cleaned the bathroom, part of the kitchen and washed the bedding before we went to bed. Cleaners came the next afternoon. The heating screen would always display error and reset so it was pretty cool in the house during the stay despite the lady saying she would ask the owner to turn the temp up. I didnt even want to try the pool or hottub even though they kept saying its maintained and cleaned regularly because they said the house would be “cleaned and sanitized” before we arrived but that wasnt true. They did refund my heating fee for the hottub but i had to bug about it after they said they would refund but tried to back out. Beautiful house, just not properly maintained and the people who i would reach out to werent near to actually come to the house and see what is going on. Wasnt exactly a relaxing stay, hopefully they can do better for others.
