Jaskirat is the best!

This was the best stay we ever had because of Jaskirat! Sooooo nice, kind and very accommodating! I didn’t know that there is a person like him in the hotel industry. Quality Inn so lucky to have him. Always above and beyond service! Just 3 things I didn’t like at Quality Inn were their AC (on and off in the middle of the night, felt so uncomfortable), bath tub (clogging) and sink (clogging) but other than that, stay was simply amazing!

Its a typical Quality Inn. The issue is with the staffs poor communication, i had called ahead and asked about early checkin, told multiple times not a problem just show up. Day of arrival, all of a sudden theres no record of these calls. Unprofessional

Our event was cancelled and quality inn would not refund us because it was an online reservation. So quality inn will never see us again. I don’t see the difference between online or a phone reservation.
