I am using this space toadvise Expedia that i will be going out of my way to expose Expedia for its failure to deliver services. Left abandoned on by Expedia Cust. Service at a booking shut done for Health reasons,lmy dequest fir a call back from management never happened.

The hotel roof was under construction while I was there. There was work being done at 7am on the roof. It was noisy as I was on the 3rd floor. 3 ceiling panels had come down outside my door. There was a ladder and debris from that just laying around. The restaurant was closed. No breakfast included. No where in the write up for the property did it say either of those things. The write up for the property stated there was no free wifi, but there was.

Quick and smooth check in. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Nice and quiet environment. Too bad the restaurant is not quite finished renos yet. Will be open for breakfast though.

No place to eat in the hotel. They did have a good truck outside wasn’t interested in the food truck. The first day no room service we asked but it was too late. The second day we got room service but they did not replenish our coffee and supplies.

The hotel itself is 1 star (or less), but the staff was super friendly and worked hard to make the rooms clean, at least as much as could be expected considering the condition of the hotel. Restaurant was closed for "renovations", which probably helped extend our life expectancy as we dodged that bullet. The building is well past it's prime, everything is falling apart, leaking, or coming apart at the seams. The AC didn't work properly, it just made a noise like a metal chair thrown into a jet engine and leaked water all over the carpet. It's pretty much just another dive hotel only suitable for rig workers. Shame, it used to be kinda nice when I was a kid.

I didn’t like one thing !! The place was sooo bad we had a 2 night stay . Booked out the next morning!! Could not stay another night !! No restaurant! No anything ! Banging on the roof !! Terrible !! They said we had Queen bed but it was Doulble !! It did not say it was TOTALLY horrible!!

Amazing staff, very accommodating with late reservations .disappointed that restaurant is not open as it advertises breakfast as included on website, but in fact that is not provided. Otherwise a good place to stay.

So the hotel is very dated tiles in the bathroom ceiling were falling down air conditioning wasn’t the greatest new beds and pillows are needed I have never been to a hotel that has brown towels and they weren’t even bath towels! Customer service was superb!!!!!!!!!!
