I was most disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. One, because there was a used bar of soap left in the shower. Two, I didn’t notice until our last night staying there, but there were two blood stains on the bed comforter. We were already going to check out early, so I didn’t even report it. We just placed it on the floor in hopes that when they cleaned the room for the next guest they would actually wash it and not just make the bed with it again.

Great for the price! Well designed, looks great! There were some things that could be upgraded, bathrooms, lamps and charging ports but all in all it was a solid choice! I love it is pet friendly. I got to see many cute dogs!

Friendly and helpful staff. Many food options near by and great little breakfast/lunch place connected to hotel “two chicks”. Room was very nice and clean. Surprisingly not a bad area at all. Felt safe and didn’t see any questionable people hanging around. Would stay here again!

Pool closes early.

Our family enjoys staying here. I would say, however, we stayed in August and to our surprise the pool closed at 8 pm on a Friday night, seems early.

I think the facilities overall is great. The lobby is very nice, clean, bright, modern. Our room was perfect and I completely appreciate there only being carpet surrounding the bed and the rest of the room was wood or wood laminate. Makes it feel much cleaner. Even though it’s fall and was a bit chilly, we were hoping to jump in the heated pool but it looked like they were in the middle of draining it. Parking was super convenient which I thought was wonderful. You can easily find parking near your room all around the property. I also liked how housekeeping was upon request only. Location of the hotel was perfect for where we needed to be and wanted to go. Plenty of things to do nearby and super easy access to and from the freeway. Front desk employees were somewhat friendly, but very professional. I doubt it’s a hotel issue and more so a city issue, but if you’ve got sensitive skin, bring your whole body skin care products. It seemed like the water was very hard and immediately dried out our skin. Take advantage of the ear plugs they offer in the lobby! Walls are pretty thin and neighbors flushing toilets, showering, and still continuing their night of fun sounds like they are right in the room with you. But I’d still stay there again and hope to for a longer visit.
