I was very disappointed in this hotel. I stayed on the 18th and 19th of November. I will never stay in this hotel. The first night we stayed the room had some hair in the bath. However, I understand some times it can happen. The second night, the room was nasty! I pulled down the blankets on the bed. There were big gross spot on the sheet. I would post the picture, but can’t. The only good thing about this hotel is the lady that worked the breakfast room, she was friendly, loved her! plus the dining room was clean and the hash browns were delicious.

The condition of the building is somewhat worn. Overall decent vague for the price. A couple of things that stood out were: the desk clerk staying my room number out loud (as a woman traveling alone, this didn't make me feel safe) and the dust/ dirt was visible on the fins of the heating system. For a place to just sleep, it was adequate.

Woke up at 4am to multiple bed bugs all over the bed. Front desk immediately got us a new room. As we checked the new bed for bugs, we found it full of hairs, head hair and otherwise... Front desk gave us new bedding to change ourselves, which was fine. We requested a call from the manager, never heard from her until we called in the afternoon. Expedia did refund our stay - but ew. Front desk staff and breakfast was good. Manager was less than mediocre.
