The staff were amazingly friendly. I had accidentally booked the Monday prior to the Monday I was trying to reserve for and I was able to modify the reservation with ease an still get a room that day. I picked a similar looking room as it showed 2 beds but when we got up to the room I noticed there was only a shower and no bathtub. My 4 year old had packed all her bath toys for her before bed bath after swimming. The rooms were clean and very nice. They switched me into a room with a bathtub quickly and easily and it was closer to the pool where they knew my daughter wanted to go. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful. The pool and slide were awesome and my daughter enjoyed it so much we went swimming again the next morning before check out.
