"We went to Pala for my sister’s birthday weekend and, overall, had a wonderful time! Check in was a breeze and our room was fine…we did find something in a drawer left from a previous guest so we wondered how well the room had been cleaned! They had a great band that performed at the main bar that you could watch for free and they were fantastic. We also had a delicious dinner at their new restaurant Elementa…all in all, it was a lovely experience!"

"The room itself was nice, spacious, and as advertised. We stayed here for a wedding weekend and suggested to our guests that they stay here too. I checked in 11:30 at night on Thursday and it took 25 minutes in line before I got checked in. We learned from numerous guests that it took up to 2 hours for them to check in… not great. The best part is that on our check out day, housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:40 am, we said we would be out at 10. We looked out the peep hole and realized she was standing there waiting. At 10 on the dot she knocked again. Frustrating that check in was so time consuming but they waste no time in kicking you out. "

"Be careful staying at this hotel I woke up with severe back pain. I called to tell them about it, and the girl in the front said why didn’t I tell them so they could switch me beds? Like I was supposed to know I was going to wake up with severe back pain due to the mattress. One matress was soft while the other was hard like a rock and I only realized until I went to go lay down with my daughter in the morning. I would will NEVER book with them again. "
