"I am a repeat visitor over many years, quite favorably disposed to the place. I am a little concerned about the availability of drinkable water. The water coming out of my room tap did not taste good. The grocery store across the street has closed, possibly for good. The front desk was out of bottled water when I asked. The answer might be BYOH2O. Also, maybe add one or two healthful items to the menu. I’m still coming back, regardless. It is just such a unique experience."

"This house is very small, but it was absolutely perfect for my wife and me. The view from the front window and the deck is fantastic, and watching the sun go down each evening was the perfect way to end the day.The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need, making it easy to feel right at home during our stay. The house was also very clean and well maintained. One unique feature is that the floors have a slight slope to them. At first it felt a little unusual, but it really adds to the character and charm of a home that has stood the test of time and served generations on the beach. Rather than taking away from the experience, it reminded us of the history and personality of the property. We also had the pleasure of meeting the neighbor to the south, who was very friendly and welcoming. Between the cozy atmosphere, beautiful views, and unique charm, this was a wonderful place to stay. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway."
