The living room includes a sofa bed, although it lacks blackout curtains. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the property features a private patio. The entrance and laundry room are shared. Please note that there are stairs, and parking is on the street with camera surveillance.

It’s the perfect place for families and travelers looking for safety, relaxation, and excellent access to the city’s attractions.



Getting Around:

Our apartment in Carretas offers easy access to Santiago de Querétaro’s attractions. There are public transportation stops nearby, and services like Uber and Didi are readily available. For those traveling by car, we have street parking in front of the building, monitored by security cameras 24 hours a day. The Querétaro Intercontinental Airport is about forty minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

- There is no garage for cars, you must park on the street, there are surveillance cameras.

- Access and laundry facilities are shared common areas.

- The full occupancy accommodation means that one of the guests will sleep on a sofa bed.

- There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

- There are desks in several rooms of the house in case you need to catch up on any work during your stay.

- The property has some minor stains in certain areas of the floor that do not affect the overall comfort of the space.

- As seen in the photos, there are quite a few stairs.
