Agradable atención desde la recepción y todo el personal del hotel La habitación muy limpia, ropa de cama y toallas con olor a limpio, camas comfortables y las almohadas de tres diferentes tamaños y firmezas que permitieron escoger la mejor para el descanso de cada huésped, cosa que no se encuentra en muchos hoteles. Continúen con este tipo de atención, muy recomendable. Un punto de oportunidad es la cortina del baño de la que se percibió olor a humedad, pero por lo demás excelente.

Valoración General El hotel cumplió con nuestras expectativas durante la estancia. Aspectos Destacados (Positivos) Solución de Problemas: El equipo del hotel actuó de manera eficiente y rápida para solucionar los inconvenientes iniciales con el internet y la TV en la habitación al momento del check-in. Desayuno y Servicio del Restaurante: El desayuno buffet es muy bueno y la atención del equipo del restaurante la califico como excelente. Ubicación: El hotel se encuentra cerca del centro histórico. Es posible llegar caminando (15 minutos), o tomando un bus en la estación ubicada a solo una calle, en dirección a la Alameda. Áreas de Oportunidad y Sugerencias de Mejora Amenidades en la Habitación: Se sugiere añadir una pequeña nevera (minibar) en las habitaciones. Venta de Artículos: El hotel podría considerar la venta de artículos básicos como bebidas y comidas, o asegurar que estos se ofrezcan o se mencione su disponibilidad a los huéspedes (el huésped no tuvo conocimiento de si existían o no). Comodidades de Acceso: Se extraña un elevador, especialmente para los huéspedes que se alojan en el primer piso y viajan con mucho equipaje. Finalmente, sugiero que evaluen la conveniencia de tener tapetes en las habitaciones por un tema de higiene.

Muy nuevo BeWow....

Muy bonito, comodo, variedad en buffet ya incluido en nuestra reservacion. Buen estacionamiento. La alberca un poco helada pero dentro de lo normal. Cerca del centro histórico en carro, y caminando fue agradable para nosotros, si tegusta conocer las calles. Volveriamos sin problema.

Buen lugar para descansar

Todo muy bien le dimos una segunda oportunidad, ya que cuando era Comfort inn nos tocó la mala experiencia de picaduras de chinches o piojos de cama, actualmente es otra administración y cambio el nombre y todo bien
