The location is great, 20 min from main attractions, with a tim hortons and a small mall right next to it. The rooms are very clean, everything needed is there. Staff are very friendly and it is quite an affordable option. I highly recommend it

First room had AC set around 60 F full blast, under a broken window that could not be shut; 2nd room had broken sink drain so you couldn’t fill or empty without using tool and entire room floor was sticky. Would NEVER stay there again!
