I booked a suite for 2 nights for Christmas, and unfortunately this stay was very disappointing. The pictures were very deceiving. I understand that a hotel can be older, and that alone would not have been an issue, but the cleanliness was unacceptable. There was dust everywhere, including visible dust particles on the bed, dirty bedsheets, and even a spider in the room. This is not what you expect when booking a suite, especially for a holiday stay. On top of that, the TV in our room did not work. This was particularly upsetting because watching a Christmas movie together is a family tradition. I informed the staff twice about the issue. The first time was one day, and the second time I called again the next day. They asked if we were in the room so they could send someone, confirmed they would, and we waited over an hour — no one ever came. We then went down for dinner and informed staff again, and still no one was sent to fix the TV. For nearly $600 for two nights, this experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially during Christmas. I left feeling upset and let down, and I would not recommend this hotel based on cleanliness, service, or value for the price.

One fact heavily impacted my staying. In my floor the housekeepers were being so noisy making the walls shake. We couldn´t take a nap because they were cleaning the rooms next to ours and what they were doing was like they were slamming doors or dropping heavy stuff, over and over. This was making the walls shake/vibrate and we couldn´t sleep because of that. I went outside the room and talked to one of the maids about it, but I didn´t work, so I called the reception and made a complaint that actually worked, but on the next day the same situation happened and this time we didn´t try to call the reception because we felt discouraged.
