The room met our expectations. Plenty of towels for our family of 5. The staff at the front desk were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The restaurant and staff attached to the hotel were quick and helpful. The grounds were under renovation which would will make it even better in the future.

Staff were friendly, one elevator was out of service during our stay which was really frustrating due to long waits and the city turned the water off from 10pm-5am which although not the hotels fault was still very inconvenient
